susan. i am praying you are feeling better soon. the little pot you sent me for valentine’s day is now sitting pretty in my new kitchen window. it is perfect! thank you so much.
i wish i were closer so i could come over and to visit and care for you–this is the biggest draw back to making such wonderful friendships through xanga, and not being able to their in person to help. i do have a question for you . . . what is your favorite color? and what color to you wear most often? i will ask elisabeth too, but you can tell her info to.
we are busy here painting and more painting, but the house looks great and it looks clean. i’ve been working on the kitchen for two days now, priming and painting. i have to finish the cupboards still and i want to put white ceramic tiles hartway up one wall. then i’m finished in there. we bought a new fridge and stove/oven yesterday and they’ll arrive march 6th. i’ll have to use the grill and toaster oven until then and try to live without a fridge. that may be a challenge for us. i suppose i could rekindle those hearth cooking techniques i learned in scouting. lol
